Dave has proven to be a resilient overcomer that pushes through any obstacles that stand in his way while always maintaining honesty and integrity. These character traits instilled the confidence in me to invest with Dave in his and my first joint venture real estate investment in 2006. We have created and maintained a unique supportive friendship, business and co-mentorship relationship since we met in college in 2000.
